I AGREE!! Was going to buy one a year ago but only paid $49,000 for my new C7 Corvette. SS Camaro way overpriced in comparison.

What you pay and what the cars are priced are two different. MSRP on a base C7 is $55k, which is equipped like a $37k 1SS.

So I just got done ordering my SS and went line by line on the options. I didn't see an RS option. Nor did I see a lighting and convenience option for the cool interior lighting. Is that stuff standard now or only available on the 2SS?

I believe it's standard on 2SS.

The RS package is not available for the SS models, but high intensity discharge headlamps and LED taillamps from the RS package are included in the SS models, and you can choose the RS machined face painted split spoke wheels if you want.

Similarly, all the items in the Convenience and Lighting package are included in 2SS models by default.

Yea I just downloaded that and looked at it. Was looking foward to the lighted sillplates and interior stuff but I don't NEED it. I am happy with what I ordered.

If you are talking about getting a blade spoiler instead of the stock one... You can ... But its not straight forwards... You have to ask your dealer to get a blade spoiler on it and if he doesnt know.. Then tell him to get in touch with someone in GM office and show him.how to do it... You will NOT be able to.do it through chevys build and price configurator...

There are a couple of interior/exterior combinations that have been made..."not possible". I'm not sure if that's one of them, but if it is - there is no option to override.
