Low Gloss Black Wheels

I have had the black low gloss split wheels for two years. They have lost that low gloss look. What is a way to get that look back? Any ideas?

Take the wheels to a powder coater and help put a black matte powder coat finish on them you'll never have the problem again

And if anything, get them clear coated with a satin clear if you don't want them all shiny, the clear will help protect the powder coat from any caustic cleaners such as Tar-X, that stuff is good but not for powder coat.
