Refreshes are almost always disliked when they first come out. The 2018 Mustang is legit terrible, and this one is...a bit too Transformers/Charger looking to me initially.

Definitely doubt it'll help sales out, but now we have the 7th gen to look forward to. At least the Camaro SS is getting the A10 to remain competitive.

The bright side to this redesign is that it saves me money, since I now don't want a new Camaro and will just keep what I have.

I'll most likely be upgrading. The 10 speed is too nice to pass up. For me, if I can remove the bowtie off the front it would clean it up IMO. That placement seems weird to me. But so did the placement of the SS on the butt of the 6th gen initially.

Keep in mind. When these cars are first revealed the initial reaction is "Oh it looks like crap."

Some minds change. Others don't. I'll definitely have to see it in person to get a better feel. And, I want to see the rear lights. My guess is they're saving that for the official reveal.

This exactly. Don’t like the bow tie but that’ll be an easy fix at some point I’m sure. The 10 speed did me in though.

But hey if you guys don’t like it that’s good news for me being able to get one easily 😬

It's funny how similar this is to the refresh, at least they did turn down the crazy from the TF5 one. Definitely reminds me of how the Bumble Bee Camaro from TF2 was about 90% of the ZL1 that was revealed 2 years later!

It's all about the aero it seems and I'm sure it cuts through the air tunnel smoother and has increased the overall performance of the car. I'm waiting on Chevy's press release. This should be a good read to go along with my 2nd cup of coffee.

I will definitely reserve my final judgement on it until I see it in person, for example I think the 2018 Mustang looks MUCH better in person than in pictures.

Hmm, on second thought, what if the bow tie was moved up to the top grille like the 2016-2018?

Are we getting trolled? Or is this the real thing? Ugh!
& am usually optimistic about new designs or updates.

I would like to see the rear end. Not too much of a fan on that front. I did like the transformers design better but even that wasn't very good. Maybe it will grow on me but I doubt it. Glad I got what I have, it would be interesting to see in the darker colors like black or NGM.

I'm usually not the type of person to say that I hate new designs and take it with a very open mind, but this I do not think I have words for. This looks very weird in my opinion and I'm so glad I have my 2018
