Well I may now know the reason why I've been at 2000 status for this long. I'm thinking this blade spoiler is holding things up. But I thought that was dealer installed anyway. From the looks of it, we may be a while.

If you are at 2000.....your order is past the constraints...

Not entirely. The order is accepted but the very fact that there is a constraint could mean either the option is not available or use has determined it is not meeting specs.

Example: 100 units are present to be installed when it is learned the units were made wrong or made in a way they can't be installed. The 2000 build has used an allocation but a component of the build precludes actual assembly. The matter leading to the constraint (which applies to whether an order goes to 2000 or does not) could affect when the order can be built.

Somewhat muddled but hopefully understandable.

And this is not just a Camaro or a GM problem. It is the natural result of just in time manufacturing protocols, which exist to make for more efficient and less costly output.

Looks like they are prioritizing the verts with all the 6MTs going that way… I assume the transmissions are the same anyway. Progress on this at least, now let's get some more 56V wheels in!

Good Morning Becky - I see the 56V wheels have been on constraint the week of 1/28 - were they on constraint before 1/28?

Im confused on how the constraint actually works.

Say my dealer has allocation and I put in an order for a 2SS 6sp today, is it first come first serve for the 68 available?
