A10 transmission

Strange thing I noticed today I hooked up my code scanner and under vehicle information it says next to transmission 8SPD. I have a 2019 zl1. What year did the automatics get the 10spd transmission? I have th maxi elite scanner by austell the 3k one

you deff have the 10 speed

6th Gen ZL1 auto's only come with a 10 speed.

You have the A10. The scanner you use is probably limited, the model number of the TCM is the same between the A8 and the A10.
