My newly painted & detailed engine cover

Wanted to share with you all my newly painted and detailed engine cover that I just completed and reinstalled.Four coats of paint and four coats of clear.It went pretty well but painting the letter's were a mother!!!! !/8 inch fine line painters tape is really hard to work with.As the man said "get er done" and I did.Hope you all like it also.Have to touch up the white border around the V8 still but that is aobut it.

I ordered my letters from reflectiveconcepts.com $20 for the chevrolet and they threw in the v8 for free (did not use) and clearcoat over them. I did not have your patience! nice job!

I really like your colors and the concept.The air brushing really set's it off.Well done. I wish i had of ordered the letters.Oh well.I wanted to do the white like you , do to my exterior color but went with the inferno orange as with the hood open I wanted to continue the hood stripe color theme down into the engine compartment.If I had seen yours prior I might had done things a little different.Thas is a compliment!! Just need to paint that oil dipstick white now.
