If you truly are going to stay at 570-600 rwhp then 60lb(@ 3 bar - 43.5psi) injectors are plenty so you just need more flow from the fuel pump(ZL1, dual etc.). But, the problem is you will end up getting used to the new found power and want to push it more that is just how it goes.

Nice post, dont mean to jack it, but I am actually going to have the Turbonetics kit installed in the upcoming week on my 2010 1SS manual. I am also installing a cam kit with mine. I am going to run about 8lbs to keep it just under 600hp with the tune. I am running stock everything else, injectors, fuel pump etc.
I was wondering if this is going to be safe for the engine right now.
I know if I plan on going up in LBS and HP, I will then i have to start upgrading other things like the pump injectors, and so on.

But for right now will my engine be safe still using the other stock parts?

thanks

I really plan on staying here, If I go farther I will need to spend so much more money, I feel this is the max I can go without having to replace the clutch, axles, and boat loads of other suspension parts. Not to mention forging many hard parts in the engine. Im only 17 years old and now that I bought the turbo I am broke. Thats why I don't want to drop thousands more, I would if I could. I just really would like to get a proper tune to utilize the turbo kit a bit more. Thanks everyone for the help so far.

Fuel pressure is 70 PSI on the ZR-1

I ran ID-850s back when I was supercharged and made 620whp. we added a KB BAP and had no issues with fuel.

Ya, ID850s should be fine, but you might want to turn up the boost in the future so it might not hurt to spend the little extra money and get ID1000s so you wont have to address the injectors again.

1000s are same or less money and are too tall for most LS applications, the ID-850s flow 96 lbs an hour at 58 PSI, More than enough.

Ted.

It depends on Fuel pressure and BSFC of the engine but over 1k pretty easy.
