Is the knob and boot available in standard (non-suede) leather? And are they available with the Inferno Orange accent stitching? (or is that accent stitching actually red when you have the two-tone interior? (I'm color blind)). Do you have part numbers for these if they are available?

Yes they are available in leather. The shift knob is 24258402, and the boot is 24263725. They are only available with the red stitching.
the ZL1 shifters stitching is red, while the Inferno Orange interior is more of an orange red.

If I'm not mistaken (and I certainly could be), the above pictures ARE of the same shifter. The top one in leather, the bottom one in optional suede. Also note, they look different because the bottom one has the "ZL1" badge on it, which I believe was deleted by production because of cost and/or it was cutting into people's hands.
id say wrong on that one. the top picture is not a zl-1, zl-1 has suede seat inserts and the car in top pic has straight leather

If you want to install it with the flat head machine screw, you will need an M5 x .8 around 3/8 of an inch long.

Very nice upgrade, just did it to our SS and the car should have been built this way, perfect shifter at a great price!

I put the ZL1 shifter in my 2010 2SS. The set screw is the same one used on a corvette shifter. My parts guy ordered one for me to try and it worked.
