Advice for fueling options 2650 edelbrock
Im looking for some advice. I have a 2018 2ss A8 it’s fbo minus intake manifold. I currently have the edelbrock 2650 sitting in my garage. I have gpi drop ins, pd3 blower cam, ported heads, and all the supported mods etc.
my question is fueling, I was told to just buy the dsx aux pump, lt4 hpfp, and lt4 injector. Certain timers are telling me I will run out of fuel at 650whp. How close does a lt1 low side combined with a aux pump compare to Just the lt4 low side. If I run the LPE BB hpfp with FIC +30 injectors will my lt1 plus dsx aux pump be able to supply that? Am I just better off buying a lt4 low side, or do I need the combo of both aux pump and lt4 low side to feed the high side? Sorry if I sound noobish, but I would rather have the option to throw more power in it in the long run. Mainly just trying to figure out the low side fuel requirements to feed the high side. 800whp is what I was looking for without running meth. Later down the road if I want 1000+ I would. Just looking for some advise, Iknow my car is a ss but after doing all this it will basically be a zl1. |

Bigger fuel lobe, LPE pump, +30 injectors, and dsx low side will give you enough fuel for 900+whp on E60. Another option is the Crawford racing port system and leave the stock high side in place.

^ what that guy said
or get the lingenfelter 42% injectors, and be able to go to 1100 rwhp on full e85 or go port

lt1 intank and dsx aux would put you at 666 lph. If you got to 650 rwhp, on e85, you would be lucky, imo.

to be honest... you can save yourself A LOT of headaches by figuring out your end game now. you might be better off skipping all the bullshit and going straight to a double or triple intank system from fore. It won't be that much more expensive, and is a lot more simple and gives you basically double the low side capabilities.

I did LT4 fueling , then that didn’t keep up. Then did a custom DW400 low side pump. Then that didn’t keep up. Then I added a JMS voltage booster and that didn’t keep up. Now I’m at LPE +52 injectors, LPE BB high pressure pump, and soon to be triple in tank pumps. I wish I had just started there to begin with.

Yeah, the numbers on that pump at 17.5 volts show that it should really rock, but it just doesn’t. I tried the LPE high flow check valve too thinking maybe that was my issue, but it wasn’t. The DW400 just doesn’t do what the flow chart says it should.

Why would you expect more out of the dw400? Correct me if I'm wrong, but it flows less than the lt4 in tank pump.
