I have a set, use them a lot and really like them. I would recommend the EXT version because of where the lift points are. I got the 7000 lbs version, have had full size trucks on it without issue. Well worth the investment in my opinion

What headroom do you have in your garage? I like the 4 post lifts. I’m also looking at getting a 2 post lift for projects that aren’t handy on the 4 post.

"normal house-ish" garage. 9' ceiling. But the doors limit that more.

So lift = no go, unfortunately

I also have the EXT version because I lift trucks and Cars. Works great just did a header install the other day could have done it without it. They are a bit heavy to move around. I also have the wall hanging Mount to get them out of my way when i'm not using them.
Excellent product buy them

Sturdy enough for tire rotations?

That is the Mid position. There is one notch higher. When I lay on the floor the reach to the underside of the car is a very comfortable position/ reach and easy to "wrench".......check Costco they have sales for the quick jack on occasion. Paid about 1500 delivered in 2020 prices

But.....you won't be rotating these as your rear tires are wider than the fronts. So Burn them Up!

Yeah, I still do left to right, and instead of ~7500 miles I do it at 5000. But I do constantly check tire pressure

I have the 5000 EXT and it's been great. The EXT version gives you a little more flexibility in positioning the two lifts on the floor (as you can then move the rubber blocks fore and aft to align with the pinch welds. Room under the car is adequate to do oil, trans, rear diff fluid changes, and the ergonomics work pretty well. Sometimes it can be a bit difficult to generate enough leverage on higher torque bolts, but it's not usually a problem.

A two post lift would have also been nice (maybe nicer to be able to stand under the car?), but they take up permanent space in a garage that I didn't have room for (a 4 post would take even more, I think) and you'd be craning your neck any time you to have to look at the underside of the car.

Bear in mind though that it takes a bit of time to get the lifts in a parallel position and the rubber blocks roughly centered under the pick weld lift blocks. But once it's up in the air, you can leave it up as long as you need to.

I have 5000EXT. They no longer make that model. It has been replaced by the 5000TLX which is the one you want for the Camaro. It has the same extended frame length as the 5000EXT but lifts the car a few inches higher. 21" for 5000EXT. 24" for 5000TLX

If you plan to use the QJ on any trucks or heavier vehicles, step up to the 7000TLX.
