Throttle hesitation

I am having a issue where when I give the car throttle it has a hesitation accompanied by a loud sucking noise. Any help would be appreciated. The sound tube has been deleted also.

Check for a vacuum leak, loose intake tube hose clamps, throttle body bolts, etc. Stock intake or aftermarket?

Stock intake, checked all intake and TB bolts along with clamps etc. The only thing I have left is I noticed a vacuum line that runs to a round canister with some electrical plugs on it located under the drivers side headlight. What is this and its purpose?

Well I did figure out that the canister is a vacuum pump. I just assumed that these cars had no need for one. Still having the issue am leaning more towards the rubber seal around the booster vacuum line now.

OP, did you resolve this issue? At times I feel like my ZLE M6 does the same. I been driving manual cars my whole life and I'm in my 40's so its not that I don't know how to drive a stick. Sometimes it'll be fine and sometimes ill give it gas and nothing and the car almost dies out but I'm able to save it. Sometimes ill give it gas and its instant. Other times it feels like no throttle and it bogs or hesitates.
