Used ZL1

I know they are just now being delivered, however, i was wondering how long do you think it will be before we start to see some used ZL1's on dealers lots?

Just curious

I doubt anytime soon. Maybe once the 13's come out you might find one from those people who trade up like every 6 months or year...

I agree I bet it will be end of the summer before you see one. I also doubt you see one with a reduced price. I can see the 2013 costing a bit more msrp.

If that were to be the case i would just order a 13!! They may cost a bit more but i will refuse to pay New MSRP for a used car!!

since most of them are custom order it will just take someone with a horrible finacial situation most likely.

I mean they have only been in peoples hands for a couple weeks.

Or someone just no liking the car I suppose.

the one on ebay is being sold as new even though it has 46miles so not sure it really counts.

your definatly not going to get a deal on one used or not until availibility increases. I was bidding on the one with 46 miles just cause who cares that is nothing. I would put over that the first two hours I had the car.

You will find a used one on a lot within 6 months. I bought my CTS-V used for $9K under MSRP with 2,216 miles on it some guy traded in for a Vette 2 months after the car was first released.

I wasn't even car shopping. I went in for service and saw that bad boy in the showroom with a sign on it. For 9k less no way she wasn't going home with me.

I say about 5-6 months. I saw where alot of people were buying this car for a daily driver. I think after the newness wears off you'll start seeing them pop up. I mean it can work as a daily driver but not the best investment on gas daily. To me it will be like my SS..I bring it out mostly on weekends.

Except cts-v's are a dime a dozen. ZL1's are less available

Somewhere there will be one for sale with like 600 miles on it or something. Somebody who bought it and didn't like it or went another way like a 'vette. Basically, someone who had the money to change their mind.

Even if you find a used ZL1, don't you think it will still be priced fairly high due to the low supply?

By the time this happens the 2013's will be rolling off the line and supply should be meeting demands.
