OEM Supercharger rumors?

With the rumors surrounding a GM backed supercharger for the Escalade and possibly Tahoe/Suburban/Silverado. Does anyone think they might also make for the Camaro? Would be pretty cool to have an OEM solution with a warranty.

Have you considered aftermarket? Or buying an oem unit from someone who is upgrading to a 2300/2650?

By the time you build up an lt1 for boost you will probably have 65k into the car

By the time you buy a Super charger and pay for Install and tuning and all the other junk you are getting close to just buying a ZL1. I figure over 15k to do it on my LT1.

When I purchased my SS they had one of those fancy screens where they went through options like the normal PPF, undercoating, etc. one of those options was exhaust & a supercharger & IIRC it was $8K installed.

I paid an additional $30K over my SS. Just sayin. Maybe should have just gone that route...

Naaaaaaaa!

If i could just pay $8k for a Super charger and install and tune and call it a day i would do it. I don't need the max power.

Be nice to just add a super charger and get 75 to 100hp gain without headers and all that stuff. But once you have to buy headers and then better tires and wheels i would go with a nice used ZL1.
