just cleared 2k miles on my 2011 2SS/RS with the Brembo rollerskates. I have had constant squealing when riding breaks through parking lots and whatnot (slow speed light breaking) for about a week or so. I'm hoping that break-in period is correct and I only have a few thousand more miles of driving to go before this quits.

Only during very slow speed stops. 5mph or less. Squeals everytime. not too worried about it although kind of embarrasing when pulling up to a red light.

Mine squeal under no breaking once warm with slight variances to the steering. They also squeal loudly under any breaking application.

Apparently my problem is normal.

Continuing to fight with the service manager. Wish me luck.

I did try braking hard (no slide/skid-nothing radical). Still the slight squeal. Haven't taken it in for service as I can't "make" it happen all the time. They would probably just think it's some stupid girl hearing things..
Had the same problem. Took it in and the dealer soaked the pads in some kind of solution. The problem went away for a few weeks then came back.

I had to take 3 techs out on road tests before one of them heard the noise and they finally warrantied the car again.

Got new pads and rotors out of it. Stopped the problem for now, but didn't notice the problem the first time till the car hit 5,000 miles, so we shall see.

This happens again I will see if GM will warranty it again, they typically don't after 12,000 miles. If they won't I am going for a full blown aftermarker brake setup.

While I can't tell you what to do, I can tell you what happened to me. Chevrolet bought my camaro back under lemon law and gave me a 2011.

I'm sorry to hear about this dannykay. Hopefully your dealer is able to get all this taken care of for you. Let us know how things go for you.

I Drive a V6 and my brakes do also, they actually had to replace the caliper and both rear pads and resurface the rooter under warranty because one side was sticking ... they tried to tell me the problem was caused from me drifting using the parking break... I informed him i drive a Camaro not a Honda and I do not drift.
