I had it until I switched to Redline D4 ATF, been over a year now, and hasn't made a grinding sound since.

How bad was it before redline and how long did it take for the redline to help? I just changed to redline Wednesday and havnt noticed much of a difference yet

It only ground when the car was cold and at low rpm, and only the first time I shifted it from first to second gear, after that it didn't grind the rest of the day. I switched to Redline D4 and it never happened again.

My 45th with 22000km has a cold grind and the full power quick shift grind. Dealer told me to take it somewhere else as they don't know how to work on that tranny. I am really pissed...what is the point of a manual if you can't speed shift it. I am thinking of trading it on a truck at the same dealership and then I wonder if they will fix it or sell it as is.
