Hi Ted,

Im planning to install a 2.3 upper pulley and intake on my ZL1 A10. Can you PM your remote tune price for these mods ?

Thanks

Same day. Hell, usually within the hour after you send your logs. Absolutely great guy with unsurpassed knowledge and experience on this platform.

I answer email 9 hours a day every day except weekends and turn around is typically from minutes to less than 24 hours.

I am against spinning this blower any faster than stock as it makes too much heat.

There is a lot more power available without spinning the blower faster through simple bolt on mods.

for example our JRE 125 RWHP flex fuel package 125 RWHP 155 RWHP no pulley, no porting, stock blower.

The video makes it simple to understand.

Call me any time Mon-Fri 8-5 easter 203-753-7223

Ted.

If you didn't hear from me with in 24 hours first check your spam folder, as I respond very quickly never more than the next business day.

If not then call me to see if I actually received your files.

Thank you for your business.

Ted.

Well thanks for the advice Ted. I went for the lowest 2.3 pulley size 9% as I was warned that the stock blower cannot handle anything higher.

Would that make any difference ?

Your question is vague but let me say this.

The factory blower is already spinning to fast Stock in my opinion.

The cooling bricks can not handle any more air volume and still cool it, they are already taxed.

We work on removing all the restrictions to reduce pressure drop and back pressure that both lead to heat production.

Power Through Efficiency.

Call with any questions about a plan moving forward.

Well explained Ted. I really like your creativity in developing this whole package. I'm not a headers/cam guy. I really like the stock exhaust sound.

Also I dont live in the US so shipping parts can be a headache at this time.

The guys in Metco recommended basic cooling for their 2.3 pulley like spark plugs and thermostat but honestly they said a tuner would know better.

Do you think that their basic cooling recommendations will do any good?

Ted has been the only guy I've trusted with my tunes for the last 10 years starting with my 2010 Camaro SS to my 2016 Camaro SS. He's incredibly knowledgeable with our cars because he has the hands on experience with them. He figures out what works best and what doesn't. Always fast with email responses and with tunes.

All you are going to get is a bunch more torque with minimal increase in power because as Ted mentions the little 1.7 is past it's efficiency range with that pulley. Ideally you want to make everything else as efficient as possible. Intake, exhaust, higher octane, porting of the throttle body and supercharger will make much more consistent power opposed to cranking the boost up alone.
