Hum, been around for a while, still can't figure out why you want to delete one of the cats? Make it louder, for a couple hp, check engine light? So explain.

I've ran about 6 months now. No issues, no CEL. Do I think it gained any HP?...no probably not but I didn't dyno it either. However, does it sound like freedom and bald eagle noises?...Hell yeah it does. It's a mod and people do it; sounds more aggressive to me and I love it.

Installed Stainless Works catback with AFM valves, secondary cats removed, CEL P0420, replaced cat on driver side, all is good now, all parts covered under factory warranty. Exhaust sounds awesome, I have 11,000 miles and every thing works great.

I have Borla S-Type 11924 & 60606. Replaced all this heavy junk. Car sounds awesome and feels like it can just breathe now. No CEL.

Stainless Works catback connects to primary cats, it's designed to run without the secondary cat.

There are 2 sets of cats on the cars now, have been this way since 2009 when GM went to 1 Global USA vehicle instead of the 49 state cars which only has primary cats and the California cars that had primary cats and secondary cats. The secondary cats are not monitored by the computer system and based on GM previous years are at a HP cost penalty of around 5hp. I noticed my car picked up some power and is a tad bit louder and more aggressive sounding with the secondary cats gone now. |

Ok primary cats are closest to the manifolds? Thise ones i would not think are monitored because the o2 sensors are before those cats
