Who here owns/has owned a Huracan?

Im not talking about someone who drove their buddy's Huracan around the block or something....I want to hear from people who have actually had the experience of living with one. I've had my ZL1 for about a year and love the car but recently the darn Huracan has caught my eye. More specifically the 580-2. I know it's much more expensive than the Z so I'm wondering from those who have owned one is it worth it? I have a raptor as my daily and several VERY fast bikes but I only have room/finances for one sports car. I've never driven any Lambo so I'm not even sure if I'd like it. Hopefully it's just a childhood dream I haven't been able to outgrow. It seems to me the only real benefit to the Huracan is that it is just more exotic and more of a special occasion every time you drive it if that makes sense... Thoughts??

Thanks!

Get a performante. It’s a better car in every aspect, but is the extra money worth it to you? My definition of worth may be different from yours.

You just went from $175,000-$200,000 for a 580-2 to $280,000-$320,000 for a Performante.

After the purchase of my G650, my liquidity has all but disappeared.

Really? This is a Camaro forum, perhaps you should check the Grey Poupon site.

I disagree...I know there are plenty of people who own or have owned both cars.

And sadly, neither a Performante or 720s are even close to being in the budget right now...forget about the $3mil Laferrari...

As a member of my socioeconomic standing in the world I always figured people who buy lambos don’t even have a “budget”. Sorry I’m of no help in this department. My most expensive vehicle is a new diesel pick-up.

Really, how many ? Perhaps so but I’ve found that people with that disparity in ownership do it because they’re tired of beating up their high dollar rig on the track and feel better beating up a ZL instead. Reading the Porsche forums clued me into this practice and is how I fell in love with the idea of owning a ZL1, not because I already have a fast expensive car but that I could afford a car that serious Porsche owners thought lived up to their performance criteria.

I know of a few that own both. Friend of mine has several cars worth as much/more than a Huracan in addition to a Z06. End of the day, it's all about monthly payment.

Definitely out of my realm of reality and I'm financially comfy but goddam talk about a different ballpark.

Good luck op on getting ur question answered but doubtful you'll find what you are looking for here. Believe it or not some of us DO have budgets.

Lol no kidding. I am no help, but it’s not really that out of the ordinary for some track guys to have had some good experience in exotics. Good luck getting your answer, I ain’t mad at cha
