Would greatly appreciate if you guys would report back here after a couple of months as I will need new tires within the next 6 months and was thinking about these or MPSS...only prob with the MPSS is I have to go 295/315...not a bad combo and I know it works on the ZL1 but would like to have a stock size option. I hope these work out for you guys!!!

I will definitely keep you posted. With new tires, I have found that my impressions can change over time. Right now, you can feel how grippy the Hankooks are compared to how the GYs were day to day. I don't track my car though. I have been told that the GY is a good tire for the track.

The ride feels a touch harder than the Sottos have been, but that's apples to oranges. In the warmer temps, the Sottos turned the ride of my ZL1 into a Cadillac Brougham it was riding so smoothly around town. In cooler temps, I never noticed the Sottos at all other than that they didn't really slip.

It's been 45-60F over the last two days. Rainy on Friday, clear since then and I haven't felt the grip loosen up at all, wet or dry. Had a chance to run it some yesterday out in the middle of nowhere and I didn't feel like I had to hold back at all. We will have a couple of warm days here and then return to 60High/40Low, so we'll see how it does during the Toledo "Sprinter"(Spring+Winter).

Take care.

I absolutely love mine and have had no issues whatsoever. We dipped back down into the 40s/50s over the last month and just in the last week ago hit the Summer weather. No issues in the cold or rain, and I have run them in every kind of weather we have had since my ZL1 is my DD. I will swap them out in October though because Winter Weather is a whole different animal.

So far, so good!

Nothing new to report. Still love the tires, and they love the hot asphalt we have been working with over the last couple of months. In the rain, I usually am not pushing it, but I have had no concerns whatsoever.

I've been running RS-3s as my track tire, and am quite impressed - they've done well in 40F and rain, they maintain their composure reasonably well with on-track temps around 100F, and the wear is quite good as well. I wouldn't say that they stand out in any particular aspect, but rather they exhibit good all-around performance.

Question

I'm surprised that we don't hear much about this high performance tire that comes on our tire sizes 285's & 305's. For example I will like to know how do they perform in the presence of water at 30's F weather?

Got them on my Z and was impressed on how well they grab at the track. At the limit I don't like them as much as my BFG Rivals but they are close. Better then the GY and have been decent on the street.

I don't know about 30F and wet, but I've spent a couple days on the track with them in the low 40s and standing water, and they didn't suck.
