Cam is good for about +/- 100 whp if done right (injectors, new harder rods etc). Turbo is capable of much more depending size, but requires a lot more modification, upgrades to fuel system, and you would still need a different cam. Supercharger cams are not spec'd to handle the immediate top end boost of a turbo.
