Help with methanol mounting

Does anyone have any tips on installing methanol injectors on a silicone procharger pipe. Im having a hard time finding any info searching google. Alky controls instructions are super vague when it comes procharger assemblies.

Just did mine its not to bad. I started with the uni bit from the start then went with a bit. I made the hole on the small side and pushed the nozzle in. take off the rubber washers compleatly. You dont use washers at all. Push it through then use a little blue locktight carefuly. I used a qtip to dab it on. Then tighten snug.

What size did you drill the hole to on the unibit? And what bit did you step to after that? Never mounted a kit with this setup and i wanna get this right the first time and not order another pipe haha

I went to the 5/16 or about .303 thou. Then used a .340 thou bit. It was an exteremly tight fit. I wanted it to be snug and it was about all i could do to push it through the hole. I think the rubber will always be smaller than what you drill just the nature but like you I wanted to be on the extrem safe side.

Did you get the map kit or MAF kit?

The question was directed to the OP, because he shouldnt be touching the yellow wire for a MAP based kit.... you only use that for a MAF kit. Dont know why you would use a MAF kit on a procharged car, but I dont know everything.

Okay thats what i was confused about. The instructions i recieved for my kit were for a Roots supercharger alky kit. I ordered the centrifugal kit so it should come with the 2 bar as well. I saw instructions about tapping into the trigger wire and got confused

The instructions that come with the alky control kit have directions for both MAP systems and MAF systems.... he just prints one out and sends them out with both, and assumes the installer knows what kit they bought.

So in the end... dont use the yellow wire
