580 RWHP is pushing it on stock fuel system.

With an LT4 fuel system upgrade and E60. you can make 650 RWHP reliably.

Ted.
What would be the RWHP and PSI Boost limits on an SBE LT1, Stock C/R when utilizing LT4 fueling on 93 straight without E?

Fuel quality is the big variable, 93 is not always 93 and could have different levels of ethanol which reduces detonation.

I have been 620 RWHP no where near the fuel system limit with Octane being the limiter on the LT1

The other big variable is the supercharger and intercooler system being used there is a difference.

Boost is not created equal.

We have seen cars make 50 more HP at .5 psi less boost with the TVS 2650 Vs. other superchargers.

Was this running 93 straight, no E content at all?

You reached 600 RWHP at 11 PSI?
Seems quite a high level of boost for such RWHP figure....

Thanks Ted. Long term timing advance is probably a critical factor in achieving the higher RWHP figures... Detonation is the "danger" - Needs an expert tuner to know where to draw this fine line. I guess that factors like Injector ms. times also play a vital role?

Do you have experiences using the LT4 TVS Eaton 1750 on a stock LT1?
If so, which kind of boost levels did you run it optimally on 93 and which kind of max. "safe" RWHP did you see with such optimal boost levels?

Correct. Straight 93 (well the usual 10% ethanol)

It was a pretty conservative tune. Just used it to ball park the tune before the meth got turned on. Ended up at 760 rwhp

OK and what do you think you would have achieved with your tuner at say
8 PSI without Meth? Safely!

That is odd. Only 600whp @ 11 psi. Must of had a bunch of timing pulled?

Exactly what immediately came to my mind.
After-all, we are talking 93 here (and not 91)...so I would expect this power level to be safely achieved already at 8.5-9 PSI max...

I would go lt4 injectors, lpe high pump, zl1 I tank, voltage booster for a 100 percent stock reliability. Still way within your budget. Count yourself luck that 93 is easy to get where u are.
