Been discussed before, really not possible due to the bracket locations and the parking brake.

If you are looking to change the LT1 rear brakes because of some cosmetic personal dilemma, I can't help.

Sheesh if you could get some ZL1 stopping power on an LT1 you would be able to stop on a penny! Not even a dime lol

Although I also upgraded to the 6-piston 1LE front brakes after increasing my car's power level (and weight), I don't think this helps with stopping power or braking distance for the same exact car in a single emergency braking situation, it's more for sustained performance and heat dissipation.
And, needless to say, looks, which is what I suspect OP with those wimpy LT1 rear brakes is after.

I was itching so bad for a Camaro I was willing to get an LT1. I'm glad I didn't go through with it because I absolutely love the looks of the big ass brake kit that comes with the copper-free 1LE brakes. Not that I would have upgraded the brakes once I purchased an LT1, but when I found out it's basically impossible anyways, it was just one more thing that helped sway the decision to move towards at least an SS. The rear brakes really do look severely out of place on an LT1 and more like something that would go on a Prius.

Nope, it’s not because the SS & ZL1 can run 17” drag wheels out back as well. Since GM was doing smaller brakes out back, they should have gone with a caliper/rotor combo that allowed for a 15” drag wheel. Then that would have been a win for LT1 owners.
