Finally picked up my 22 ZL1 today

I used a combination of painters tape and Track Armor to drive it back 250 miles and it worked better than expected (thanks to the input from members on this site). Believe it or not it took 2 hours to get everything wrapped but well worth the effort. I got caught in heavy rain so it's pretty dirty but here's a few pics anyway.

Perfect starting mods I will never own a new vehicle without a ceramic coating again.

Did you use Track Armour underneath the painters tape?

Nice, I had mine in for Xpel and Ceramic coating in the first 50 miles... WELL worth the expense, I just passed 6,700 miles today without a single rock chip anywhere on my car... It is money well spent!

No I used track armor on the hood, hood extractor, and several places around the front and back tires. The painters tape was easier to cover the front bumper, mirrors, and A pillars so I used it there. Any place you see random blue tape its just covering gaps in the track armor. Everything held up extremely well until I got caught in a heavy downpour then the blue tape started coming loose but fortunately I was almost back home at that point. Good luck driving yours back today and have fun.
