i have been informed that i bought the plugs that go in an ls, not an lt. so consumer error (as of right now)
i picked up some LTR7ix’s (part # 6510)
They have an extended tip.
As far as my tuner, he is by default an LS guy, but he can tune the shit out of an LT. but he isn’t as familiar with the parts of an LT. so he might have also used LS spark plugs in an LT motor. IMO i can’t really hold that against him, he knows how to make it run good, he’s just still trying to learn the gen 5 LT’s.
Tomorrow i will be changing out the tr6’s for the new plugs, i will keep you guys updated as to if it solves the issue 100% or not.
Thank you guys for the help

Glad it was just the spark plugs. Hopefully that solves your misfire issues man.

bad news, put in the new 6510’s and i’m still missing. it doesn’t seem to be as bad, but regardless, it’s still there. if it was run related, what kind of adjustment would you say would need to be made?

More news! Jannetty Racing said on a thread on Camaro6 back in like 2018 that when running colder plugs, it's best to try and run a larger gap, especially if you're under 10-12 psi of boost. I'm at like, 6-8. So i will be pulling the 6510's out and opening the gap from .028 to around .040 per Jannetty's suggestion.

I will keep you guys posted, and again thank you all for your concern and advice!

If it was knocking with the old plugs and is breaking up with the new plugs.....

And it happened to another car...

Sounds like a tune to me.
