Carbon fiber issue

Hi guys, I am having an issue with my carbon and am wondering if anyone has had a similar issue and has advice or if I should just have it replaced. I have a 1LE wing that for the past year and change has been great. I don't remember where its from but suffice it to say its not from GM and their rediculous 4k wing haha. Anyways the wing is now starting to have these tiny little bumps on the edges for the most part. They are all smaller than a grain of rice but they are starting to appear here and there and im wondering what the issue might be. Any suggestions or fixes? If not, I guess im gonna start looking around for a new one haha.

Like I mentioned, I don't remember where we got it from, all I know is we didn't pay 4k for it like an OEM one is. I don't see any markings on it, do you have any ideas that would distinguish it otherwise? Also any idea how to re-learn it? Are there companies that do that? Or is it something you do yourself? Also I will add pictures when I arrive back home.

It's very hard to see and it's not even a very big problem to begin with so it's very challenging to see in a photo but I'll attach some and hopefully I can get some more insight into what the issue is.
