I don't think anything is needed. I swapped mine out in preparation for going FI. At the time I was tuned, running E85. Also had CAI and headers . Car didn't seem to notice the change i.e. no CELs

I did AC Delco M100183 for the LT4 in-tank pump. Hopefully I did the right one...lol

You’ll also want to change the desired fuel pressure in the FSCM. Will cost you one credit with HP Tuners.

1LE SS and ZL1 have the same pump. There are definitely 2 different part numbers available. Look up Wildhammer or SkidMark garage. That being said I doubt you will need to touch the stock fuel system NA unless going Max effort 600whp+.

im almost maxed out with what i have now on E90. plans are cam and heads. ill get the 38% fuel lobe so that will probably keep it safe on E but i was thinking since i have the drive shaft out might as well pull the tank. the M100183 pump is only $124 https://www.rockauto.com/en/parts/ac...assembly,10147

King how lean do you go for a stock lt1 fuel system support anything but fbo. I’m fbo as far as the fuel systems concerned on e70 and 5.5ms on the injectors even at a .89 lambda

Yes makes sense.

38% cam will give you another 100+ whp of fuel headroom on the highside.

E90 is probably eating up some fuel headroom.

.88-.90

5.5 isn't bad.

Bigger fuel lobe will net will raise the ceiling quite a bit on the high side. Pray has several heads/can cars running E on stock fuel system.

AFR isn't the only thing to consider either. EOIT plays a big part in extending the fuel injectors capacity.

E90 is what we have at the pump and i dont want to bother mixing. So basically unless I go FI i dont need the pump?. im 4ms on 93. I havent run a log on E90 but i believe my tuner said I was at 4.5ms and he doesnt like going over 5.

I would think he said 5.5ms and doesn’t go over 6. A good amount of people say around 6 is the limit too. That would make more sense Seeing where I’m at and you’re running e90. Unless you’re at a crazy altitude.

Any benefit to upgrade the low side on a fbo car?

You need to check the lowside fuel pressure 60 to70 is what my tuner likes. Anyway other than the convertible needing a bunch of other stuff. You just need really small hands to plug the stuff in... probably time to be nice to the wife.
