While a ZL1 may not be an appreciating asset, I really believe that a new Z, even at a couple grand over msrp, will retain virtually all of its value from now on. That's assuming you don't mod and keep the miles down. We're getting a lesson in Capitalism right now. demand is far outpacing the supply. In two years the demand will still be there when the supply side of the equation goes to zero,

Expensive “toy” cars are a strange commodity in todays world. I see people cancelling orders on Cadillac Blackwings and C8’s. Then along comes new buyers who just paid $5-15k ADM.
My opinion is we will have a gradual softening of this market as long as fuel, inflation, and interest rates stay high.
