For me it would have to be my 3rd Gen 1991 Camaro RS, it was my first sports car and Camaro. I also miss my 1995 Silverado Z71 Stepside, my first truck.

1991 Z28 5.7L auto. I sold it to fund a restoration project. I’ve always missed it because I wasn’t done with it - out of my system.
It was modified and in an era when street racing was the scene so I never timed it. It fast with my most memorable win against a guy in 95 Supra Turbo with my girlfriend riding with me. The 93-95 Z28 and TAs couldn't touch it

How about the car I never bought and still kick myself over, the 1991-1994 Nissan Sentra SE-R.

02 WS6 for me. Mostly stock but I still feel to this day they were one of the meanest looking vehicles ever made.

Either my 1969 Z-28 or my 1973 Porsche 911.
With an honorable mention being my 1988 K1500 pickup (I put a LOT of miles on that truck). I miss all three of them.

1985 Ford Mustang GT, my first new car. No options, other than the no-cost choice of a 3.08 rear over the standard 2.73. It weighed in at 3022 lbs.
It was a great looking comfortable cruiser for it's time. A bruiser too: with it's finned valve covered, dual snorkeled air cleaner feeding a Holley 4bbl, roller cam and shorty headers, this was ( especially in hindsight ) the car that truly stuck the fork into the malaise-era. My best run, stock was 14.88 @ 93. Some timing and carb tweaks down the road got me in the 14.6s at 96. Don't scoff though, that was really moving for a new car back then. |

I miss the 1963 Impala SS convertible w/327 and auto (probably when they were 2 speed).
Also had a 1966 Mustang 289 auto that had the factory 8 track and factory hang-under-the-dash A/C. The one I regret not getting was a 1967 Corvette that I passed on in the mid 70's. Also, when I bought a 1972 Skylark GS/350, they had in stock a GS/455 Stage 1. That would have been the one to have.

I test drove one and it was a super fun little car. Then for some reason I did not buy it. Stupid move. My favorite car was my 1990 Taurus SHO. The car I most wish I had back is my 1978 Z28. |
