Nice man, you finally got your hands on some boost again (literally). Good luck with the install and port injection.

I'll be learning something new for sure, much work to do once everything else arrives. My buddy that was going to help me is pretty sick right now with Covid, hopefully he'll feel like working on it with me. Getting the front bumper off, some wiring here and there. The PI will be interesting for sure. So, depending on Matt's condition next week when he'll be needed is up in the air right now. Might not be able to get it done by the LS Fest, I'm going either way, NA or Blown is the question right now.

I'm trying, Mike and I talked tonight to make sure we had everything covered. Need to order and ATI damper, 3 bar map sensor and V2 JMS Volt booster. I think I found one from a member. I think we have it all covered but trying to find a Corvette 2300 Blower lid to make sure we have plenty of clearance with the hood since the plates make the blower 3/4" higher. Should be ok at the front but don't want to take any chances.

LT4 w JMS@17.25V

Ended up settling at E70. Ran full E (79%) and injector PW was right at 6.0ms. Ted wanted me to back it down a bit to allow room for COT enable which was off during tuning. High side was holding up to 6700 when I backed out (LT1 pressures). Low side isn’t registering (2019 pid issue I haven’t resolved). E67 was like 5.25ms @ 85F.

I don’t drive the car under 60 deg, but when it cools off to the mid 60s I’ll likely log again to make sure it’s holding well. I could see dropping to E65 in the fall.

Won’t have a chance to put on the dyno for a couple weeks. Tuned at .82 lambda.
I could use your help. I need to know what belt your running. I'm trying to calculate what I'll need with a 98 and 15% over and the blower being about 3/4 inch taller. I can figure that out if I have something to start with and since you have a 110 and 8.86 I believe that would help me get started. Thx

So I received my Ati balancer and bought a new GM bolt and was checking to make sure the bolt will slide into the hub so when I get ready to install it I don't run into problems. Mine won't go in so I'm wonder if I need to do some filing on the edges of the bolts built in washer. The instructions say you can use a new OEM bolt so I just figured it would slide right in. Wrong.

Make sure you have the LS bolt, not the LT! The GM LT bolt will be too long in combination with the ATI balancer!

So an Ls3 bolt is the right bolt. I just looked at the instructions and noticed it referenced the Ls bolt. Thanks, would you happen to have a GM part number?

I did go buy an Ls3 bolt and it's that same length as the Lt1, however the top diameter is much smaller, so it fits inside the ATI Hub. Part number is the one you listed. 12557840
Thanks for the ATI part number also.

Took this to PM, but some folks might benefit. I had to use a 88.5” belt Gates K080885HD with a 110mm upper and 8.86” lower (+10%). The 86.5” Magnuson recommended for a stock ZL1 lower was too small for the 8.86” pulley.

Thanks Chrome appreciate it. I helped so many out over the years and its nice to have so many chime in on my questions. Venturing into different territory then just a blower with lots of boost and race fuel. Now building another fast streetcar that I'll drag race will be a little different although I've had a lot of really fast cars and my C7 was a true NA street car that ran 10.90 and drove it almost everyday the weather was nice. I barely drove my 16 SS for 3 years, strictly drag raced and put it back on the 4 post lift till the next race, luckily I worked for Magnuson so it was a good gig.. I told my wife that wouldn't happen this time with a blower so you guys need to hold me to my word or I'll be living in with my shop cats. I must say they have a nice shop to live in, heated in the winter and AC in the summer. Maybe that wouldn't be so bad, shittin in the cat box would be a bummer. Haha
