I am sure it's on the forum somewhere about if a stock tb will fit with this or if I have to move to an lt5 tb. I have the GPI manifold as well. Just waiting for time to put it on. Thanks gents for posting info.

no check engine light, let it idle for about 10 minutes then took it for a spirited drive, yes i trimmed the foam pad to fit the LT2 intake .

The LT2 engine, itself, in the C8 uses the same 87mm TB as on the C7 and Camaro LT1 engine. I hope I am answering the question I think you have, lol.

Where did you trim it? At the back?

The back is fine, you just need to trim about a 1/2 inch in between the inter ports the LT2 intake has ridges between each port.

You are. I bought a Soler throttle body not too long ago and don't want to have to purchase another item when the one I have works great.

I used 2 nuts and I would recommend 2 black spacers.

You need to use both long bolts that come with strut tower brace. So you need to find 2 more longer bolts.
I appreciate that boss.

Did you knock the bolts out of the sleeves to bolt the lt2 intake on or did you use the sleeves ?

I used the sleeves. See page one of thread with picture of vice and bolts. You tap out the bolt and then put sleeve in your new 2020 intake manifold. After sleeve is in manifold just put a bolt in and hit/tap with hammer. Presto you’re done.

Edit:
Update: after getting the engine cover I decided to not use the sleeves. I used a heavier washer on top on manifold.

Engine Cover is on!!!

I like the look of it. Took off the Corvette logo and will pic up some carbon Fiber wrap to overlay in its place for now. Next is a tune, it’s running lean with all that extra air according to my AFR gauge. Going to have to fix that Map Sensor it needs to be a touch longer to hide it.

The sound at idle is different and the sound at WOT is let’s say very satisfying to say the least.

Future plans are a coil relocation kit and some nice valve covers that will make that engine bay a lot better.

Yes. Running the Mighty Mouse and running a oil separater for the hose that goes into the air intake elbow. I don’t like the factory little plastic filter, so I rerouted the line to go under and into the air intake elbow to clean up the engine bay a bit. But in reality the Camaro engine bay is an octopus of hoses.
