Will the 6-piston Brembo Big Brake fit inside 19" wheels?
Looking into upgrading all 4 corners of my SS with the Brembo Big Brake 6-piston calipers up front and the 4-piston calipers in the rear. I am, however, having difficulty finding measurements/dimensions for the brakes. Specifically, how much space does the new rotor and 6-piston caliper take up. A few months back I decided to get 19" wheels for my Camaro, and I am wondering if there is still enough space for everything to fit inside the slightly smaller diameter of the aftermarket wheels.
Any insight or experience from other owners would be helpful.

If you have an SS, you should already have 4 piston calipers in the rear (they are smaller than the fronts but still 4 piston...)

I still have 20's, so not an experienced user. But as MP3Boosted noted, the short answer is i think an unqualified yes, it will fit. note that the zle comes with 19's. Maybe some of the fellow track guys can chime in with experience, as many i have met run 19's or even 18's with the 6p fronts.
Sure there are other threads, but here's one from an experienced user who i know is running zl1 6p brakes up front. https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=604024 |

Yep, I like that blue too!
Did all 2022 LT1's come with Chevy's new larger Brembo front brakes or was it an option outside of CA and WA for 2022? If you have the "no copper Big Brake" option, the LT1 might benefit just as much with a change to aftermarket competition type pads as a complete swap to 6 pad Brembo's would... opinions?
