Remember a COPO car is not Street legal and has no VIN number can not be registered.

I think there are some confused people in this thread. The OP "won" the opportunity to purchase the vehicle. Only 69 are made a year and there is a lottery to determine who can purchase.

He didn't "win" a COPO. He was chosen to "buy" a COPO.
With that said. I don't know what I would do in this situation. It would be a cool car to buy and cover and place in a garage and show folks (who can appreciate what it is) every now and then. But it is expensive. I just don't know what I would do. |

I got picked for a 2015 and 2016. Both times I gave the car to my dealership connection to buy so my name is on both cars in the trunk. I just got picked for a 2020 but decided against it. It seems that it is just too hard to get people to buy these cars. 130K is alot of money for a car you cant drive or register
