I just drove my ZLE for about 6 hours today. Backroads, highway, and city.
I didn’t wanna get out but I had to so I could go to work. It is an absolute beast and sooo fun to pilot. I really enjoy the ride too. |

what are those big black things sticking out on the front sides of the ZL1 1LE? I'm sure they have a purpose but my God are they ugly. I'd take the ZL1 just to not have those wings sticking out on the sides.

The zl1-1LE isn't bad unless you have passengers then it sucks. I'm glad my son puts up with it on 3 hour car rides without getting car sick |

I've driven the car on the street quite a bit so far, I actually find it to be a suitable DD. Granted I don't live in an area with completely terrible roads.

Very easy!
Zl1, non 1/LE for ride quality and choice to dampen suspension or ride comfort. Manual to actually drive your car not be driven. Plus regular Zl1 has the nicest wheels I have ever seen from the manufacturer out of any car. |

Don't forget about that wing man. God I personally hate the look of that thing.

Thankfully Chevy didn’t add aero for looks but for functionality instead.

Still loving my ZLE, I live about 2 minutes from Bandimere speedway (drag strip at 5800ft above sea level) so I took it out yesterday for grins to see what it could do on the strip. Certainly attracted a lot of attention, 1 of only 2 ZL1's at the test and tune event and the only 1LE.
That said, my driving leaves a lot to be desired. Never figured out how to launch it properly (plus it's an M6), so my times were all over the place. Other ZL1 guy without the aero drag and an A10 put down an 11.7 I think. My best time was a 12.5 @ 116MPH with a 2.1X 60ft time lol. Not my best work. |

I think we all need to understand where we live to take the ZLE's ride into consideration. As someone who lives in the NE US, the roads are absolute garbage.
If someone lives in the South, they are bound to have a better experience as snowfall / ice melts etc. aren't an issue.
