Going to Stainless Works on monday (if a lift is available) to determine where to put the QTP cutouts on my 2SS. Already have the Stainless system on (headers all the way back). Sounds great right now, can't wait to hear it with cutouts.

why you dont?

I've been running cutouts on nearly ever Camaro I've ever owned. cheap and easy power and sound at the flick of a switch.

for an install, you are looking at probably around $100.00 or so

I paid for one pair of cutouts to be welded in here in chucktown for $116.00

then again, the type of cutouts I normally use are like this

which I will probably end up running on this car instead of the oval style.

cut a little section from right behind the cats and clamp it in.

most times I use band clamps for them over welding. wiring isnt hard.... when you dont have an interior to get in the way. lol

depends on what kind of switch you have, some are just a two way (open/close) that you hold to a certain point to open partially or all the way and close the same. others are set up like window switches where you can "click" it all the way and let go and it will open up without you having to hold it down the whole time.

It is the ultimate exhaust system

Prices can range. Welding can cost you anywhere from $150-300. We install them for our customers for $300.00 to give you an idea. That includes the wiring inside the car.

We do not recommend the standard cutouts for the new camaro. Not much room. The round ones are an easier install but the ovals are made for the new camaro.

I'm interested, but I need a discount so that I can afford it. I'm broke since I have to pay for a new Camaro.

standard cutouts will more than likely run into some clearance issues.

as far as my setup goes, I'm still working out my exhaust plans for the car. If I decide to use cutouts, you guys are the first on my list.
