they have two versions I found out but ask Tyler about it. The GMMP GM certified units have a lighter spring front and rear for a better ride, alot less rate then mine are. Not sure if they are the cheaper version but think so.

Get them and maybe be the first job for Mike at his new shop...lol

If not I maybe as need to go in to raise the car up a bit in the rear after c/o settling and check the bushing timing.

Not sure how you setup Pfadts, I know they adjust height with the spring perch and assume you need to set coil preload like mine
They set the valving and basic height with a 1" drop in mind and start from there up or down on settings so you have good travel.

I installed mine myself. It was pretty easy. Minus the bent lower control arm lol

Air tools make most installs a lot easier.

Tom, I think the gmmp ones for 2700 are the" better riding" ones for the street with a less stiff spring rate. The ones I got quoted for at around 2200 were the others

Correct - GMPP is really if you want a bit softer of a ride with more street use, or want to go lower. 2.5 inches i believe?

I've been happy with my Pfadt Coils so far... Havent really gotten to use them to their fullest potential or give a total opinion on them though because the shop i had install them with my other suspension pieces totally failed.

After getting the car corner balanced because all the heights were so f'ed, I now have noticed the installer didnt even install the OEM spring perch insulator bushings. So now i have to fix that. And need someone with air tools to do it.

Also... i wish i got the grey color strut instead of black.

Good stuff....In fact Chase just pm'd me back....He said the GMPPs are more for street comfort settings....The others he said are just fine. In fact no one that he knows of has asked for a different spring rate on them for tracking....
