I’m selling my Recaros out of my 15 1LE. Trying to figure out if they were all heated or not. I’ve searched and found both answers.

I have a buyer for them already. They asked if there were heaters in them. Can’t find a solid answer by searching.

Just wondering if anyone knew for sure if all Recaros had heaters installed in them. Thanks.

Is your car a 2ss or 1ss? Or did they come out of a 2ss or 1ss? 2ss would be the only heated racaros seats.

They came out of a 1SS. There are posts here saying that people with 2SS cars have swapped to Recaros from a 1SS and heaters worked. There are other posts saying the opposite.
The only part numbers I can find is for “powered” or “manual” seats. There is no part number listed for “powered” heated. Maybe it has something to do with different years? Just looking for an answer so I can be honest with the buyer.

Not sure if this helps ya, but mine is a 1ss 1LE with Recaro seats from the factory build and mine are not heated. I don’t believe there to be many Recaro seats you will find out there that came on the 1LE’s and Z28’s since they were more geared toward track cars. The Zl1’s though might have had the option since it was a street monster and had the options more so available on those models. Good luck.

Not that it’s helpful but I have a 2SS/RS 1 LE my Recaros are both heated.

The 1SS Recaros are not heated, that was a 2SS option.
