15w-50 track oil
Hey guys
Anyone have the Delco part # for this oil? Dealer can't identify it. Also, is GM still recommending this oil for track use? Thanks |

Delco part number for oil? I don't think there is one. You need the GM part number. But telling them you need Mobil 1 15w 50 should be more than enough.
I think you need to find a different dealer or go buy your own oil. And yes, you still need that oil every time you go to the road course for the ZL1 1LE. Check the sticky and it has a track guide for both ZL1 models telling you what you need to do to prep. |

It's not Delco oil, it's Mobil 1 15w50 synthetic. Looks like new packaging is being introduced, I like it. For ZL1 1LE yes, you must use this on track.

If you walk in the store and look on the side shelves around the oil isle, you can find the 12 qt cardboard boxes for about $35.
All stores hide discounted items on side shelves where no one really walks. |

You can get Mobil 1 15/50 at Walmart in the 5gt jugs.

Thanks guys. I knew it was Mobile 1, but I thought it was GM specific - haven't seen it on the shelves anywhere here in BC. I'll keep looking.
