Hero rapid fire 3rd brakelight reviews?
Anyone have this and can give a quick review? I've been thinking about getting one of these for my 6th gen after my wife got rearended in her 5th gen and totaled the car out.

If someones planning you rear-end you, I don't think a third light that blinks will work if the other three on the car don't already work as they should...but if you must, I'm sure one of the aftermarket sites should have a simple harness that you can add in to make this possible with your current OEM set-up?

I got the GEN6-RAPIDFIRE-THIRDBRAKE from wildhammermotorsports.com. Easy to install and works exactly as described. I don't know if it will help or not, but I have noticed other cars on the road that have this option and they tend to be a bit easier to see. I haven't been rear-ended so, so far so good!

I had the Technostalgia tail lights in my 5th Gen with that rapid fire turned on, and they did work because I had a Grandma come up on me real fast when I was at a stop at a stoplight, I tapped my brakes and she did see them, so yes having them did stop her from hitting me.
