It's used, but I don't think there is much use on it. I bought it because I was getting a TB error, but I found out you could do a relearn and that fixed my stock TB which is a Bo White stage 2, so I stuck with that.
FYI, when you buy one of these new it does not come with the motor. You are supposed to use the motor of your stock TB. This one already has a stock TB motor attached.
