How to block a troll here?

I haven't yet found a way to block someone here? Is there a way?

Said person shall remain nameless for now, but he has trolled me for a year.

Dear Mr. Troll, please add ME to YOUR ignore list, thx in advance!

Click on their profile-userlists-add to ignore

Click on username to go to their public profile - right under their name on that page, click "User Lists" for a drop down and pick "Add to Ignore List" then click Yes on the next screen.

Is it me?

Incidentally I had 3 trolls at one time. I added them to my ignore list. 2 of them got the picture quickly and moved on. The remaining one persisted for over a year. He'd quote every post of mine, message other members asking them to quote his posts so I'll see it, and all sorts of desperate measures. He eventually found some rocks that needed kicking and off he went. Lol. My suggestion is put whoever it is on your ignore list, even if it's me. That way you won't see their posts. Then screenshot the ignore message and post it for everyone to see. That way if he continues trolling then everyone will see how childish he is.

And if I'm the troll then don't do any of that.
