Is This a Blown Head Gasket

I took the turbo manifold off because I had an exhaust leak and as I was putting it back together I noticed these little pieces of wire from between the head and block sticking out below #5. The plugs from 5 and 7 are also lighter in color on the tips than 1 and 3.

Gaskets are factory LS9s. No water in oil or oil in coolant.

It's blown when oil or coolant is LEAKING from it.

The block looks dry to me, so it's not blown out there, you would have an oil
leak there.

Those plugs really aren't telling a story either.

I just took it on a shake down run and exhaust tick is gone. Seems to be running normally.

You don't need to go that far up the chain, I would not look at your car,
let alone work on it.

Rarely, you can get a compression to outside leak. This allows some of the
compression to escape out of the engine, causing a ticking noise at idle that
can sound like an exhaust leak. You will also experience rough running,
and a loss of power.

Rather than burn the crap out of my arm, I taped a piece of paper over the area and there was zero sign of any air, fire, or fluid coming out after I started it and let it run a minute. Only thing I can figure is I must have drug the turbo manifold across that area and broke those little pieces of wire free. Time to put the slicks on it and make a few more runs.
