GM ZL1 Track video: Algnment specs anyone done this yet?

I have not changed my alignment yet. Should get to it next week in preparation for a HPDE on June 25.

Was curious if anyone had done this yet to hear comments on how the changes would be classified. What I mean would they be street/track or track only type settings.

A great deal of my driving is street use with HPDE events about 3 or 4 times a year.

Be interested in anyone's comments. The settings are in the most recent videos from GM in the Sticky links.

Thanks,

Gary

I'd be interested to hear this also. However, I'd assume if you left those settings on the car for your daily driving, your tires might wear differently and faster.

I think your probably correct in your assumption. I think the inside edge of the front tires would get more wear. I think the on and off ramps would be much more interesting though

Track seeting usually dial in more negative camber so that under load in a corner you roll onto the contact patch instead of away from it.

Negative Camber will were you tires uneven by riding on the inside of the tread more under normal driving.

it will give you better grip though.
