I was having the tune adjusted for the 3.73 and tested the two step while we were at it. When it would not go past 4k, he found another rev limiter setting at 0mph. After changing that I could rev past 4k with the two step running. Hope this helps someone in future.

When I took it to the track a few months back with the 3.23 and the two step set to 8 degrees of retard. It was still bogging a bit, but I started making progress by slipping the clutch a little. I took it to the track last night with the 3.73 and the 2 step set to 14 degrees and it was roasting tires like a Hemi Cuda on bias plys. Bogging problem is solved. Now, I have to figure out where to dial it back to. At 10 degrees it was still spinning and I ran out of time. Next outing I'm going to reduce the launch RPM from 4700 to 4200.

One more thing. Lingenfelter now sells a two step with two timing retard settings so you can retard at the line and based on another event like nitrous.
