Spark plug gapping question?

Gonna change out my spark plugs, what should i gap them at for best performance?

Unless your engine is modified and/or you are running something other than pump gas, you’re probably better off sticking with the manufacturer’s recommendation

Spark plug gap will relate to secondary voltage produced by ignition coil or coil pack.
If you want a "hotter" spark, that means upping the secondary voltage AND opening the gap.
If stock gap is 1.00 mm and it takes 10,000 volts to jump that, then going to a 20,000 V coil will still result in a 10,000 V spark because that's all it takes to jump 1.00 mm.

Do not gap iridium plugs. Look at them, if they are not smashed, install them.
