I am just considering the exhaust mods for the sound, the intake and tune is where I am expecting a little more power.

I feel like I am stuck between the sound I have now or long tubes that will make it too raspy. Its certainly not quiet now but I wouldn't mind a bit more volume. Thats why I was thinking some high flow cat replacements would be the better option. I just don't want to lose this deep aggressive growl the AWE Touring axleback gave it.

Roger that, I too am very picky about the sound. I have now: stock headers, CA front cat deletes, Borla 60608 2 and 3/4 dual resonators, I do have the squash pipes replaced but this was only because I put cutouts there and just did not like the look of the squash pipes, stock dual exhaust single tip suitcase. Car of course is built with large cam. It really sounds great, no rasp at all. I have also had LT with and without cats, I hated it without cats and it never had good low end response (mine is a manual) so you notice these things; with cats, sound was great, no rasp, but really really loud at WOT at 7200 RPM especially with supercharger. I personally think the stock secondary cats flow pretty well and do a good job at sound atinuation so I would not remove them. I did remove my 2nd cats when I put in the Borla 60608 just to see if I liked it:
stock header, CA front cat deletes, remove 2nd cats, Borla 60608, squash pipes and stock suitcase, I felt it was too loud and not in a good way, so I've been on this configuration for the last few years: stock header, CA front cat deletes, factory 2nd cats, Borla 60608, squash pipe deled with dumps, and stock suitcase, to me sounds awesome. I would expect for you that keeping all 4 cats would be the best.

Awesome, thank you!

Just pricing everything out, it looks like CAI, intake, TB, E85, and a tune will still come out cheaper than just the headers would by themselves.
