You should list it on eBay with a reserve or Autotrader or somewhere. 1LE's are selling super fast, I'm not sure you're going to actually be able to sell it for $47,900 though. If you truly wanted to sell it, in this market you shouldn't have any issue selling as long as it's being sold for it's actual value and not sentimental value.

I'm not sure he's that far off. I think with the demand for these cars currently, a one-year-old premium model (1LE) with sub-5,000mi and a few nice upgrades is probably well priced if it's within a couple grand of the original sticker price. Unless something has changed significantly since I bought my 2022 1LE with 2300mi earlier this year.

When the remaining inventory of 24's at dealers are gone, then people will turn to the low mile examples. Only thing that's holding this back IMO is that it's a base SS1LE,certainly it's not the color. Most people want 2SS1LE's, but of course at the price of a 1SS.

It's a 2022 1SS, it's almost 2 years old and MSRP new back in 2022 was probably between $47,000-$48,000 maybe a tad higher. The value doesn't go up because the MSRP of 2023's & 2024's did or because of end of production like enthusiasts think they do, there's a difference between wanting to sell a car for a certain price than actually selling it. The mods he has don't have any actual value to a normal buyer. This is why I mentioned he should list it on eBay with a reserve he's happy with, list it on autotrader see what people come back with, heck list it in the 1LE facebook groups and see what he offers he gets. The market for 1LE's are white hot right now, I'm sure someone out there would love to buy his car, the price it's actually worth to sell I'm not sure, the potential buyers will dictate whether he sells it or not.

This is super true and I couldn't agree more. The market determines the real value, not the seller. I also agree with you completely that many sellers are unrealistic and think the price should be what they have in it.

All that said, my experience a few months ago was that very lightly used 1LEs were going for close to original MSRP. Assuming there may be a little bit of wiggle room in his asking price, it currently looks in line with the pricing research I did when I bought.

That was my experience also, I bought my 2023 1SS 1LE with 1700 miles in Oct. for a little below MSRP/sticker. I actually preferred the 1SS and was specifically looking for one, I don’t like all the blind spot monitoring crap on a car. I would like to have the rear view camera and PDR, but wasn’t a deal breaker for me.

So I think this price is spot on but I feel like the average buyer just won’t see this forum so the autotrader or eBay suggestion is a good idea.

My 1SS has the PDR option. OP didn't say if his did or not, but there's a chance it does.

Was just casually scrolling through the build thread and saw the accident. Is the accident on the Carfax? Price seems high for a accident car, and no disclosure in the post...
