Well you all have made really good points...haha now I have to think more. I think i'll spend the money on ACS side skirts ....then reconsider these. haha.

I preordered them last April when they were first announced on a good promotion.

I have been running them since I installed them in September.

The rear bumper needs to come off. You have to transfer and use the bracket from the stock lamp. You also have to use their provided tap wires to connect to the third brake light under the trunk for them to function.

I routed them around and behind the lift supports of the trunk to hide them.

They were worth it for me.

I honestly didn't even know what the Corvette tail lights looked like, until you posted that pic later in the thread. I rarely see C8's here in Wisconsin. But I still really like these much better than the stock tail lights.

Time will tell if I decide that the price is worth removing the bumper to upgrade...

Install was pretty easy overall... I like the look of them. I put together a video which includes how to remove & install bumper, install new taillights and wire them up, etc...

Looks like he is reversing or just powered on (but didn't start the car) so 3rd brake light is off... is my guess.

These lights are badass. Looks far more better than stock 19+, correspond all body lines of 6th gen.
I've got them year ago, you can see comparison between new and smoked stock style.
