zle a10 interstate crusing engine speed
After lots of searching, can't find a thread on engine speed of zle a10 on the highway.
Found a couple threads on shift points and a couple that mention zle m6 6th gear is good road trips at 55mph. What's typical engine rpm of zle in 10th gear cruising at 80 - 90 mph? |

I regularly set my cruise control at 80mph and the RPMs are about 1500 if I remember correctly. Definitely lower than 2k.

Yeah sac is pretty dead on. 75-80 should be about 1500-1750 RPMS I was astonished the first time I was cruising on the highway and saw the revs.. I was like no wonder the car is a monster. Feels like 40 at 80

In a ZLE M6 on the other hand, you'd be around 3000 rpm cruising at 85-90. It's still a blast though, but a little rough on fuel.
