2019 SS Front End Rapid Clicking at 80+ MPH

Hey guys.

First post here so if I'm doing anything wrong please feel free to call me out on it.

I have a weird issue right now were I get very rapid clicking at the front of the car, somewhere under the hood, when driving between 83-85 MPH. I took my car to the dealer but they couldn't find anything and refused to test drive the vehicle above 70 MPH. The clicking itself almost sounds like a relay going nuts. It's pretty damn loud too. Below is a video where you can hear what I am describing.... (the issue will sound much more muted in the video then it does in real life)

Has anyone seen or heard this before? There is no way this normal.
